Summer Rain
Warm, wet and enveloping;
drizzling down upon me...
Deep within, thunder; And
with every flash, I shudder.
Glorious power, unequaled
unparalleled; Quickly it comes...
Reigning over me, in
the middle of the storm.
I tilt my head to taste
the pouring drops
on my lips before it
subsides...
I ride the storm
until the end- rising, falling in
the buffeting wind- then release...
And deep within I shudder.
